\(y=x^2=3x+10\\ x^2=3x+10\\ x^2-3x-10=0\\ x=1.5\pm \sqrt{2.25+10}\\ x\in \{-2,5\}\\ y\ \in\ \{\ 4,25\}\)

They intersect in quadrants I and II.
