Equation of line

y = -(3/7)x  + 18

For x intercept, let y  = 0

0 = (-3/7)x + 18   subtract 18 from both sides

-18  = -(3/7)x    multiply both sides by - 7/3

(-18) ( -7/3)  = x  =   42  =  x intercept
