A percent is just like a fraction: 1/100 is one percent 78/100 is 78 percent,
however any number not over 100 is more tricky
To find the what percentage of 126 is 22 you could use:
X% of blank is blank
126% of 22 is blank
1.26(22) is blank 1.26(22)= 27.75
