The question mark is Y axis, and the x is the X axis, and there is no answer, unless you make the x yourself. This is for a graph, and whatever you make X will determine the answer for Y. For example, 2 times x (We'll make it 3), so 2*3/4 = 1.5. On the graph, you'd make a line that is determined by putting the X on 3, and the Y on 1.5.
