If f(x) and g(x) are polynomials such that f(x) + g(x) = -2 + x, then what is g(x) if f(x) = x^3 - 2x - 2  - 4x^2 + 8x - 7?

Hello Guest!

\(f(x) = x^3 - 2x - 2 - 4x^2 + 8x - 7\)

\(f(x) + g(x) = -2 + x\)

\(g(x)=-2+x-( x^3 - 2x - 2 - 4x^2 + 8x - 7)\)

\(g(x)=-x^3+4x^2-5x+7\)          \(x=-5,216\)
