Part A: Write x to 20 in interval notation.

A) ( - infinity , 20] note...this is all the x values from negative infinity up to, and including, 20...... pos/neg infinity are never enclosed with a bracket.......here, I'm assuming 20 is included in the interval.....if not.....we would have ( - infinity , 20 )
B) (-infinity, 0) ∪ ( 0, infinity ) this is the "union" of all x's from negative infinity to 0 [but not including 0] with all the x's from 0 [ but not including 0] to positive infinity
