"Graphically" means to graph an equation or a system of equations. In this case you have to draw the graph of the inverse proportionality 1/2x moved 4 units up the Y and intersecting the line 2x - 5 which in turn is the line 2x moved 5 units down the Y. It shares one common point with 1/2x.
