Can someone help?
1. Find the equation of the tangent to the circles with the given equation.
a) x2+y2+6x-10y+17=0
b) x2+y2-4x-14=0 at the point (-1,-3)
Ps: I saw some who use Calculus here but please use the simplest way to solve this. I still don't know higher Calculus. Pre-calculus question.
