Hi kiyya,
No one has replied because you have not asked a question.
what do you want? do you want to graph it?

Alright, for starters it is a sine curve so the basic shape will be like this;

y=sinx.JPG

Now the phase shift is 3pi/4 so it is moved 3pi/4 to the LEFT (I think that is the right terminology)
So lets look at how that effects the graph.

now the amplitude is multiplied by 2 (that is the 2 in front of sin....)

Lastly all the points are dropped by 2 because of the -2 on the end.
