Is the integer part of the sum of the square roots of all natural numbers from 1 to 1007 inclusive prime or composite? Need some help on this one and thank you.

 ∑(n, 1, 1007, sqrt(n))=21 319.2574907101 
So, 21,319 is a prime number!
