Three black beads, two red beads, and a yellow bead are arranged in a line. What is the probability that no black bead is adjacent to the yellow bead?

hi Silverleaf,

You need to answer some questions for me first.

1) How many possibilities are there if there are no restrictions

2) If the yellow is at one of the ends, what are the restrictions

3) if the yellow is not on the end what are the restrictions.

Can you work out any counts for the restrictions of 2 and 3 ?

Plese let  'silverleaf'  respond properly before anyone comes in with more help.
