Not that great at these....but..here's what I think

Expected value for Mark  = (3/6)(1)  = .50

Expected value for Evan  = (2/6)(2)  = (1/3)(2)  ≈.66

Expected value for Cayla = (1/6)(3)  = .50

Not fair....Evan has the advantage
