Assuming  numbers 1-10   are on each die.......

Each of  the die  have  (4/10)  probability of rolling a prime    2, 3, 5, or 7

So.....the probability  =

C(4,3)  ( 4/10)^3  (6/10)  =     96 / 625  ≈  .1536  ≈   15.36%
