P(Ana) = 0.345

P(Ana and Nina) = 0.224

P(Ana or Nina)  =  P(Ana) + P(Nina) - P(Ana and Nina) = 0.617

                          =                     0.345 + P(Nina) - 0.224  =  0.617

                          =                                              P(Nina)  =  0.496

The probability that Ana gets a hit is not independent from the probability that Nina gets a hit.
