There are 52 possible draws ...there are 4 {Jack, Queen, King} and 2{red Ace} - so there are 14 out of the 52 will be "winners" ...the odds are 14 in 52 (aka 14:52) ...which (divide both numbers by 2) can also be expressed as 7:26 ...or (multiply by 100/52) is a little under 27 per 100 (ie. 27%)
