According to your reference this equation should be

complexity = 2 ∑log10xi

The ∑ is a summation sign and means you have to sum what follows it over each applicable attribute, i. There are 6 attributes in total. You say your complexity score is 18, but you haven't listed the components, so for illustration purposes I'll assume they were 1, 1, 1, 3, 5 and 7. The log 10 of these numbers is log 10(1) = 0; log 10(3) = 0.477; log 10(5) = 0.699; log 10(7) = 0.845 so the sum of these is 0 + 0 + 0 + 0.477 + 0.699 + 0.845 = 2.021. Your complexity score is then 2 2.021 or:

2^2.021
or approximately 4.1.

Of course, you will need to replace my illustrative numbers with your actual numbers to find your true complexity score.

You do the same thing for your uncertainty score, using the values you obtained from table 2.

At least, that's my interpretation of your reference!
