h'=-32t

h''=-32

Assuming that this is on earth, I can see that you question is in feet and seconds :)

 

maximum height is where h'=0 which is when t=0

The projection starts at a height of 25 feet.

so something is being dropped or thrown downwards.

 

I assume it will hit the ground when h=0

h=0 when 

-16t^2+25 =0

16t^2=25 

t^2=25/16 

t=5/4

It will hit the ground in 1.25 seconds
