$$\left({\mathtt{19}}{\mathtt{\,\times\,}}{\mathtt{5}}\right){\mathtt{\,\small\textbf+\,}}\left({\mathtt{4}}{\mathtt{\,\times\,}}{\mathtt{12}}\right){\mathtt{\,\small\textbf+\,}}{\mathtt{6}} = {\mathtt{149}}$$

$${\frac{\left({\mathtt{19}}{\mathtt{\,-\,}}{\mathtt{4}}\right){\mathtt{\,\times\,}}{\mathtt{5}}{\mathtt{\,\times\,}}{\mathtt{12}}}{{\mathtt{6}}}} = {\mathtt{150}}$$

$${\mathtt{5}}{\mathtt{\,\times\,}}{\mathtt{6}}{\mathtt{\,\times\,}}{\mathtt{4}}{\mathtt{\,\small\textbf+\,}}{\mathtt{19}}{\mathtt{\,\small\textbf+\,}}{\mathtt{12}} = {\mathtt{151}}$$

Now we have one less, one more, and one right on

target number 150

5,6,4,12,19

$$150 = 12 *( 19 - 5 - \dfrac{6}{4} )$$

$$150 = 6+ 4*(5+12+19)$$
