Thanks for posting this,
but,
I don't understand.
Do you use 2 for a decimal and 2 for a fraction?
or is it like 2 different questions using the same digits?
Or is it something else?

Is the fraction answer 63/81?

That would simplify down to 7/9 which is pretty close to 1
