Rectangle ABCD is the base of pyramid PABCD. If AB = 8, BC = 4, $PA \perp AD$, $PA \perp AB$, and PB = 19, then what is the volume of PABCD?

I  believe  that  we have  an oblique pyramid

Area of  base =  8 * 4  = 32

Height  =  sqrt (PB^2  - AB^2 ]  =  sqrt  [ 19^2  - 8^2] = sqrt (297)

Volume  = (1/3)  base * height=  (1/3) (32)sqrt (297) ≈ 183.8  units^3
