x^2  <  7x

x^2 - 7x  <  0

x ( x - 7) <  0      (1)

Note  that if  x  > 0   but  < 7  then (1) will be true

And  if  x  is  any negative, then (1)  will not  be  true

And if x > 7   then (1) is also not  true

So   the  interval that makes this true  is

0 < x < 7
