If we have one  root, then the  discriminant =  0

So

b^2  - 4 (a) (c)  =  0                b  = c + 7  ,     a   =1

(c + 7)^2  - 4 (1)c  =0

c^2 + 14c + 49  -  4c  =  0

c^2 + 10c + 49  = 0

c^2  + 10c    =   -49

c^2 + 10c + 25 =  -49  + 25

(c + 5)^2   =   sqrt (24) i

c + 5   =   sqrt (24)i            or       c + 5  =   - sqrt (24) i

c =   sqrt (24) i  - 5            or  c =   -sqrt (24) i  - 5  =    - (sqrt (24)i  + 5)

Product of  all c's =

-[ sqrt (24 i - 5 ]  [ sqrt (24) i + 5)  =

- [  24i^2  - 25  ]  =

- [  -24 - 25 ]  =

-  [ -49]  =

49
