y=-2x^2+18x-15.

y = 2 (x^2 + 9x)    - 15     'complete the squre' for x to get     y = a(x-h) + k       vertex form for a parabola

   = 2 (x+4.5)2  - 55.5               vertex is  ( - 4.5, -55.5 )

Sorry....I didn't see the ' - ' sign in front of the ' 2 '

-2 ( x^2-9x)     - 15

-2(x - 4.5)2   +  40.5   - 15

-2(x-4,5)2  + 25.5       vertex is at    4.5 , 25,5
