Question : 9000-1000=???

Its very simple look....

Step 1.          -   9000

                          8000

                         ????   

Step 2.             Take it away 

Step 3. You should of taken 1000 from 9000 and the answer should of been... 8000! and your table should look like this 

                   -      9000

                          1000  

                          8000
