In a triangle, the base is 4 cm. If the area of the triangle is 30 square cm, what is the height (in cm) of the triangle?

 

Area of Triangle=(Base X Height) / 2

30=(4 X H) / 2

30=4H/2 cross multiply

4H=60

H=60/4

H=15cm. The height of the triangle.
