A belt is drawn tightly around three circles of radius 10 cm each. The length of the belt, in cm, can be written in the form a + b\pi. What is the value of a + b?

You don't say how the circles are arranged!  Here are a couple of possibilities:

In one case we have length = 80 + 20pi, in the other, length = 60 + 20pi
