The parent function is f(x)=2x−1+3f(x)=2x−1+3 and the new function is g(x)=2x + 2+5g(x)=2x + 2+5 .

How does the graph change from f(x)f(x) to g(x)g(x) ?

Select each correct answer.

The graph is shifted 3 units right.

The graph is shifted 2 units up.

The graph is shifted 2 units down.

I believe that  f(x)  is   2x-1 + 3     and  g(x)  is  2x+2 + 5

So

g(x)  is shifted

3 units to the left

2 units up

from  f(x)
