Then the number of plain skirts = 7 - F
28F + 15[ 7 - F] = 131
28F + 105 - 15F = 131
13F = 131 - 105
13F = 26
F = 26 / 13
F = 2 -Fancy skirts.
7 - 2 = 5 - Plain skirts.
