It doesn't make sense. you can't have a ^ at the beginning of a bracket.

It's supposed to be a powered sign before square root. So instead of it being squared root, it would be cubed and so on and so forth.

(^3√5y^4)/(^3√15x^4) = [ 5^(1/3) * (x^4) ] / [ 15^(1/3) * (x^4) ]
Is this what you mean?
If so, then this is the answer

= [ 5^(1/3) * (x^4) ] / [ 15^(1/3) * (x^4) ]

= [ 5^(1/3) * (x^4) ] / [ 5^(1/3) * 3^(1/3) * (x^4) ]

= [ y^4 ] / [ 3^(1/3) * (x^4) ]
