In the ordered pairs, the x- coordinates represent the duration of the snowstorm in hours. the y-coordinates represent the depth of the snow in inches, at what rate did the depth of the snow change during the snowstorm.

6-4= 2 inches

3-2 = 1 hour

So the rate is    2 inches per hour
