First one....
(a) The two points that should be used are ≈ (1,14) and ≈ (7,7)....these don't lie directly on the line, but they are very close to the line
(b) Slope = [ 7 - 14 ] / [ 7 - 1 ] = -7 / 6 ≈ - 1.166
(c) Equation of the linear model in point- slope form is
(y - 7) = -1.166(x - 7)
(d) Equation of the linear model in slope-intercept form :
y = -1.166x + 8.162 + 7
y = -1.166x + 15.162
