quizlet.com and purposegames.com are two great ones.
On quizelt, you can make your own sets with a term and a definition/date/person/etc. and study them using several different tools which use the information you have put in.
purposegames is a little more versatile you can make games using pictures, multiple choice, shapes, matching, and it has a lot of neat features too! chek it out! you can even follow other people and the games they have made.
