if my right triangle has a base on 10, opposite of 30, hypotenuse of 31.62, what are the other two angles?
We can find one of the angles by taking the tangent inverse of (30/10) = 3....this will be the acute angle on the base
So we have
tan-1 (3) = 71.565°
And, of course the other angle (the angle at the apex) is just this value subtracted from 90.......
