x = 8√x     square both sides

x^2  = 64x        subtract 64x from both sides

x^2 - 64x  = 0     factor

x ( x - 64)  = 0

Set both factors to 0  and solve for x    and x  = 0   or x = 64

x + 10 = 7√x     square both sides

(x + 10)^2  =  49x

x^2 + 20x + 100  = 49x      subtract 49x from both sides

x^2 - 29x + 100  = 0        factor

(x - 25)  (x - 4)  = 0        set both factors to 0 and solve for x....so

x  = 25    and x  = 4

cool cool cool
