I have a cross-country meet tomorrow, and the race is 2 miles.

My questions are, what foods should I eat to prepare, and what type of breathing should I do.

I heard that potassium combined with electrolytes and sodium help prevent cramps.

Even if you don't answer in time, I have SEVERAL meets in the coming weeks, so your answer will help me a LOT!

Also there is a glitch when you edit, and you preview, then publish as off-topic, it just sends you into edit again.

Now I'm not an expert, you can search it up.

I expect to eat a lot of carbs. And sure, potassium and electrolytes and sodium could help, maybe electrolyte water and orange juice?

You're welcome!
