Come on Zegroes, you have to play the game when you are invited to do so.

It is all a part of the fun.  Our anonymous friend obviously likes you so why not accept the challenge.

How about,

What are the first two multiples of 3 that are bigger than 3 and not multiples of 6.

(That would be 9 and 15)

Zegroes, why don't you try to find another answer.      (See I have even given you a smilie)

Zegroes, this might be a solution to a quadratic equation. The answer(s) are 9 and/or 15. This is like Jeopardy, where you get the answer and have to find the question.

Find a quadratic equation with the solutions of 9 and 15. If you can do this, you will impress Melody, CPhill , Alan, and, most especially, Rosala!

BTW it’s good to have you back. This place missed your pxxs and vinegary wit.

Look at this, rosala.....the first few multiples of 3 are:

3  6  9  12  15  18   21   24

And the first few multiples of 6 are:

6 12  18  24  30

So......the first multiples of 3 that are bigger than 3 but are not multiples of 6 are

9  15   21  27

And we only care about the first two........does this make sense??
