How to write fraction, say 5.09 x 10-8 / 0.04 x 10-8 in its simplest form? would it be 5.09 x 10-8 / 4 x 10-10 ? and thats it? or do I have to calculate it if is asking only to write it in its simlest form?

the 10-8 s cancel out leaving
5.09/0.04=
