A sequence $x_1, x_2, x_3, \dots$ is defined by $x_n = x_{n - 1} - x_{n - 2}$ for all $n \ge 2$.

If $x_{10} = -5$ and $x_{14} = 8$, then determine $x_1$.

Wait... so \(x_1 = x_0 - x_ \text{-1}\), but the function isn't defined for \(n > 2\)

The problem doesn't make sense.....
