If one travels 17.36 microns in 30 seconds, one will travel 2083.2 microns in 1 hour.

2083.2 microns is equivalent to \(2.0832\times10^{-3}\) meters per hour, or \(2.0832\times 10^{-6}\) kilometers per hour.

(At that rate, it would take the amoeba over 1,300 years to travel one kilometer!)

You are very welcome!
