The ratio of the first solid to the second is 4:6, or 2:3.

When you square that, the ratio is 4:9, which is what we use to find the surface area of the red solid.

 

Surface Area of the red solid = \((\frac{3}{2})^2 \cdot 336 = \frac{3024}{4} = 756\)
