I'm not really sure... Would you find how many cm are in 1m, and then multiply that by 41???

\(\begin{array}{rcll} 4\ m^2 &=& 4\ m^2 \cdot \frac{100\ cm}{1\ m}\cdot \frac{100\ cm}{1\ m}\\ &=& 40000\ cm^2\\\\ \frac{41\ \text{Blades of grass}}{ 1\ cm^2} \cdot 40000\ cm^2 &=& 41\cdot 40000 \quad \text{Blades of grass}\\ &=& 1640000 \quad \text{Blades of grass}\\ \end{array}\)
