Lets do this in steps

so lets do the sqrts first 

the sqrt of 36 is 6 , sqrt of 64 is 8 and sqrt of 4 is 2

so now you have 

7*6*8/4*2+6 so 7*6=42

42*8=336

336/4=84

now 84*2=168

168+6=174 voila!
