Are you sure that this is not meant to be
simplify (64/81)^( -3/2)

This would be a much more likely question, is the answer 729/512 = 1 and 217/512 = 1.4238 (5 sig figures)

Somehow the answer turned out to be A/B: A= 9*3^(2/3) and B=16. I still don't know how they got that and I keep getting something crazy.
