Simplify    (2+x)/8x  /  (3+x)/x     ?

Flip the lower fraction and multiply

(2+x)/8x  *  x/(3+x)   = (2x+x^2) / (24x+8x^2)

"Flip" the fraction in the denominator and  multiply....and we have
