$$\\2-\frac{2}{x}\div 3-\frac{1}{x}\\\\
=2-\frac{2}{x}\div \frac{3}{1}-\frac{1}{x}\\\\
=2-\frac{2}{x}\times \frac{1}{3}-\frac{1}{x}\\\\
=2-\frac{2}{3x}-\frac{1}{x}\\\\
=2-(\frac{2}{3x}+\frac{3}{3x})\\\\
=2-\frac{2+3}{3x}\\\\
=2-\frac{5}{3x}\\\\
or
=\frac{6x-5}{3x}$$
