y^-1/3 can you simplify?
the question was Simplify the expression and eliminate any negative exponent(s). Assume that all letters denote positive numbers.
(x−3y1/4)−4/3
i found that x is x^4 but i got y for y^-(1/3)
(x - 3y ^(1/4) ) ^(-4/3) =
1

[ x - y^(1/4)] ^(4/3)
