Question does not really make sense but

For    $$0<\alpha<90\: degrees$$

 

                 $$\dfrac{sin^{-1}(\frac{x}{y})}{cos^{-1}(\frac{x}{y})}=\dfrac{90-\alpha}{\alpha}$$
