You can use the point-slope form and simplify the resulting equation.

 

Point-slope form:

Let \(L\) be a straight line with slope \(m \)passing through \((x_0, y_0)\)

Then the equation of \(L\) is \(y - y_0 = m(x - x_0)\).

Can you take it from here?
