For point-slope form, we have

y - y1  = m(x - x1)       where m is the slope and (x1, y1) the given point

y - (-6) = (-3/4) (x - 2)   simplify

y + 6 = (-3/4)x + 3/2      subtract 6 from both sides

y = (-3/4)x + 3/2 - 6        (6 = 12/2)

y = (-3/4)x + 3/2 - 12/2

y = (-3/4)x - 9/2
