So.... This was a question on my math homework and now i already know the ancwer, but i just want to know if any of u know.

13/4    or any  factor thereof

(13/6) / (x/y)   = (2/3)       multiply both sides by (x/y)

(13/6) = (2/3) (x/y)       divide both sides by (2/3)

(13/6) / (2/3)   = (x/y)

(13/6) * (3/2)  = x/y

39/12   = x/y  = 13/4

So  x =  13,  y = 4
